The Support Centre will be open every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ET, until April 27 to handle requests submitted by web tickets and live chats. Connect to our Support Platform to create a web ticket through our virtual assistant who will either offer you to submit your case or to chat live with an agent.

• The release of Personal Taxprep 2023 v.4.0, which was scheduled for April 9, 2024, has been postponed to June 11, 2024, and will replace version 5.0 of the program.
